Reservation of funds is property and borrower-specific.
Reservation requests must have a fully executed Contract to Purchase.
Funds can be used only for a down payment and/or closing.
Buyers must contribute a minimum of $500 to the transaction
Funds can be used with any loan program AurGroup offers, including Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA, and 95% LTV NO PMI.
The property must be owner-occupied.
Household Income restrictions apply and vary by county and property location. Limits for counties in the Greater Cincinnati area: 1-2 person household is $83,840 or 3+ person household is $96,416
