Here's What You Can Do for A Smooth Upgrade

Update Your Contact Info

New security features will use your phone number(s) for authentication. Log into Online Banking on a computer, tablet, or laptop using our website (not the mobile app). Go to the Account Services tab at the top, then click My Profile to update your phone number(s) and email. You will also see your mailing address. If your mailing address is incorrect, you can update it by clicking Requests in Account Services.

Starting September 26, you'll receive a call or text to verify your identity on your first login and for future password resets.

Member-to-Member Transfers

If you have set up cross-customer transfers from your account to another AurGroup member, that information will not move over on September 26. However, you can easily add it again after launch day. Here's what you'll need to do before then. Log into Online Banking on a computer, tablet, or laptop using our website (not the mobile app). Go to the Account Services tab at the top, then click on Requests. Take a look at Setting up a transfer to another customer. If you have set up any member-to-member transfers, you'll see them here. If you have these transfers, write down the account numbers and names to add them after launch day.

Account Nicknames

AurGroup invites members to nickname their accounts. It's an easy and fun way to distinguish between accounts. For example, if you have multiple savings accounts, you can name them whatever you want. We've seen practical nicknames like 'Wedding Fund" and clever names such as "Cash Cow." Unfortunately, existing nicknames will not move over to the new Digital Banking. However, you can create new nicknames after the launch day. Here's what you'll need to do before then to make it easy.

Log into Online Banking on a computer, tablet, or laptop using our website (not the mobile app). Go to the Account Services tab at the top, then click on Account Management. There, you'll find all your accounts. If you have created nicknames, note the account number(s) and nickname(s). After launch day, you can rename the accounts or create new ones.
