Guidelines:

1. Each group/individual may reserve a maximum of one date per month. 2. Meetings planned by a company or individual to promote, advertise, or lead to the sale of a product or service are not permitted. 3. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to reserve the Community Room. 4. The Community Room occupancy is limited to a maximum of 50 people. 5. Private social events such as family reunions or wedding receptions are NOT permitted. 7. Religious, partisan political activities or those encouraging discriminatory or non-inclusive practices are NOT permitted. 8. AurGroup reserves the right to decline any or all applications. 9. Special use of the Community Room can be approved at the sole discretion of AurGroup Credit Union. 10. Submission of a request does not serve as a reservation.
